TLC Vector provides IT automation consulting services, including but not limited to workflow automation, infrastructure automation, security automation, and related consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in separate service agreements.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software, are owned by TLC Vector or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC Vector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
